Shipping Policy for Body Essence

Thank you for shopping with Body Essence! We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PKT will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE delivery to all cities and regions across Pakistan on all orders, no minimum required.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all cities and regions within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
Body Essence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been marked as delivered. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please reach out to us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Shipping Holidays
Please note that shipping times may be longer during busy seasons and holidays (such as Eid, New Year, etc.) due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
